Grace is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDNP) and Professional Chef. Over the course of a decade, she has found a way to combine cooking, nutrition and personalized functional lab work to best serve the needs of her clients.

Grace’s practice grew out of her own health issues - including an autoimmune condition - and the recognition that we need better resources to improve our health. Stress, poor sleep, nutrient poor diets and chronic health conditions are skyrocketing at alarming rates. And yet there is a huge gap between the right health information and how to realistically apply it in daily life. Grace has worked to lessen this gap with hundreds of clients over the past 10+ years, including professional athletes, actors, executives, working professionals, families and individuals with autoimmune conditions.

Food Philosophy

Grace’s approach to healthy eating is based on two pillars. This approach gives a framework to work within and guides the meal planning process. Within this structure, there is room for personalization based on individual needs.

Eating clean

Simply put, this means we are aware of what is in our food. We aim to avoid processed ingredients with names we don’t recognize and focus on eating food in it’s purest form. The way nature intended food to be.

Nutrient Density

This means we focus on foods that provide a lot of nutrients per serving and aim to limit food that can be considered ‘empty calories’. Brightly colored vegetables, high-quality protein and seafood are examples of nutrient dense food.
